Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed environment.
• 5+ years Java development experience.
• 5+ years with cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years in an Agile development environment.
• 2+ years of Generative AI/Agentic AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability of solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with team members to share technical insights and influence decisions.
• Promote adoption of new technologies and tooling to boost productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge via code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster learning.
• Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and deliver high-quality code.
• Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
