Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in software engineering with system design and hands-on coding.
- 1+ year using generative AI coding tools to augment software development.
- 7+ years backend experience (Go, Java, Python, DB design).
- 7+ years frontend/Web (JavaScript, TypeScript, SPA frameworks).
- 7+ years designing scalable microservices on cloud platforms (AWS).

- Architect software and systems powering loyalty rewards and benefits.
- Lead quality and engineering excellence across high-traffic systems.
- Contribute significantly by writing code and mentoring engineers.
