Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, or infrastructure engineering.
• 5+ years designing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
• 4+ years containerization and microservices orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) in a cloud-native environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect the long-term enterprise roadmap for modern DevOps and CI/CD.
• Lead AI tooling integration and secure AI-assisted development tools.
• Influence executives with ROI and risk-mitigation frameworks.
• Design and govern multi-tenant core-skills repositories and marketplaces.
• Oversee scalable, secure microservices in regulated environments.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster inclusive engineering culture.
