We expect 5+ years in software engineering with strong Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch expertise. The role offers ownership, mentorship, and equity in a fast-growing startup based in Santa Clara, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience building B2B SaaS products preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across domains and drive projects forward.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical challenges with teammates and customers; translate requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Analyze how new software solutions meet market demands and align with user expectations.
• Drive the roadmap for 0-1 creation of new software products.
• Identify opportunities for technical improvement based on user feedback to enhance product capabilities.
