Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer support or user operations in a B2B SaaS or tech setting.
• Ambitious early-hire mindset in a fast-growing company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Curiosity about product functionality; you read the error, form a hypothesis before escalating.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries in day-to-day support queues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Reproduce reported issues in the product before escalating, and file clean, engineer-ready tickets when you can’t resolve them yourself.
• Track recurring issues and patterns, ensuring user insights contribute to product development.
• Improve operational efficiency by identifying process optimizations and automation.
• Help build the playbooks: macros, triage rules, tagging taxonomy, and escalation paths
