Job summary

Reevo is seeking exceptional engineers to own and drive complex technical initiatives end-to-end. You will own ambiguous problems, define the right solutions, set technical direction, and lead execution from concept through production with a high degree of autonomy.

You’ll partner across product, data, and business teams to align objectives with engineering execution, bridge strategy and delivery, and build scalable experiences that power the revenue stack.

The Opportunity:

We're looking for exceptional engineers who want to own and drive some of Reevo's most important technical initiatives end-to-end. Rather than joining a predefined team or working within a defined scope, you'll take on complex, ambiguous problems, define the right solutions, set technical direction, and lead execution from concept through production. We're looking for engineers who can operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, combine deep technical expertise with strong product judgment, and help shape the future direction of Reevo as we continue to scale.

What You'll Own:

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering large engineering initiatives from ideation through execution
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable, production-grade systems
• A proven track record of driving high-impact technical projects and delivering meaningful business outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience working cross-functionally across technical and business teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience as a founder, technical co-founder, or early engineering leader
• Previous experience mentoring engineers
• Experience at an AI-native startup
