Job summary

Reevo is seeking a proactive customer support/operations specialist to join our SF team, handling inquiries from day one and owning each issue through resolution. You will work closely with product and engineering to replicate problems, generate clear tickets, and provide actionable user insights that shape our roadmap.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or user operations within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Ambitious, eager to be an early hire at a fast‑growing company with potential to grow a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Genuine curiosity about how products work; read the error and form a hypothesis before escalating.
• Real ownership to drive issues to resolution rather than handing off.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to document undocumented processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries in day-to-day support queues and own issues end-to-end.
• Reproduce reported issues in the product before escalation and file engineer-ready tickets.
• Track recurring issues and provide insights to influence product development.
• Improve operational efficiency through process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Help build playbooks: macros, triage rules, tagging taxonomy, and escalation paths.
