• 8+ years of software engineering experience at senior/Staff level.
• Experience turning research into production-grade software.
• Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and drive technical direction.

• Ship fast against a roadmap you help shape for Claude Science.
• Interface with scientists and research teams to translate needs into engineering priorities.
• Partner with product and design to deliver end-to-end user experiences for researchers.
