Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience on backend systems or core platform tools.
• 2+ years in Staff or Principal engineering scope.
• Demonstrated technical leadership mentoring engineers and leading architecture reviews.
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build internal developer platforms and CI/CD tooling.
• Design multi-agent automation systems and LLM orchestration for internal workflows.
• Develop DSLs and FSM abstractions to model complex tasks.
• Manage state with near real‑time memory and shared sessions.
• Implement high-availability patterns with Redis, Kafka, and DLQs.
• Establish AI guardrails, logging, and safety standards for internal data.
• Lead DevEx improvements and mentor engineers.
