Job summary

You will collaborate closely with the technical leadership team to ensure deliverables align with the organization’s broader goals and support our clients’ needs, including the design and delivery of AI-powered capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent; MS preferred.
• 10+ years building multi-tier web apps with Ruby, JavaScript, Python.
• 6+ years designing JSON APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and implement scalable software systems aligned with business goals.
• Lead value stream initiatives in an agile environment.
• Define and enforce best practices in development, testing, security, and data modeling.
• Design, build, and productionize AI/ML features with proper observability and cost considerations.
