Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience in senior or staff roles.
• Staff-level impact across multiple teams or products.
• Expertise in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Experience with relational databases and Prisma, including large-scale schema migrations.
• Proven track record building highly available production systems in fintech/payments or similar high-stakes environments.
• Thrives in early-stage startups and ambiguity.
• Strong technical leadership and mentorship experience.
