You will build end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda, and shape scalable systems for clinical environments.

You will ship LLM-powered user-facing features, work with AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot, and own projects from idea to launch while collaborating with product and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and system design.
• Experience designing complex production systems and infrastructure.
• Experience working in early-stage startups (pre-Series C).
• Comfortable working with AI tools and LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product features using TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS Lambda.
