Qualifications

• 6+ years shipping scalable software systems.
• Translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Expertise in system design and relational databases.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React/Vue).
• Background in AI/ML, NLP or agent-based systems is a plus.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced, product-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and guide technical direction for the platform.
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards.
• Write high-quality, scalable code for features.
• Architect distributed systems for data-driven care at scale.
• Build AI-powered agents to improve clinician efficiency.
• Elevate team capability through mentorship and guidance.
• Partner with product and clinical leadership on strategy.
