Qualifications

• Deep understanding of software architecture, backend systems, and distributed computing fundamentals.
• Highly proficient with AI-assisted development, including Claude Code, Codex, or comparable autonomous coding agents.
• Experience designing and implementing complex production software systems independently.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, reliability, performance, and scalable infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving ability with the capacity to reason quickly through difficult technical challenges.
• Strong product intuition and the ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
• High-ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-grade agentic systems and AI-native workflows.
• Architect infrastructure for orchestration, automation, and AI research agents.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of MCP servers and backend agentic services.
• Build scalable data pipelines that integrate AI-driven and non-deterministic workflows.
• Develop core backend systems, APIs, and services powering private-market data and transactions.
• Improve matching, automation, and workflow systems for private-market participants.
• Build user-facing product features across the stack when needed.
• Leverage Claude Code, Codex, and parallel coding agents to accelerate development and engineering output.
• Make high-impact architectural decisions and own projects from concept through production.
• Collaborate directly with engineering and product leadership on technical strategy.
