Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build the infrastructure layer for private capital markets, combining AI-native workflows with scalable systems. You’ll own backend and frontend components and work with founders to shape architecture and delivery.

You will tackle non-deterministic data pipelines, high-velocity delivery, and production systems end-to-end within a hybrid SF office setup, enjoying a competitive equity package.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of software engineering experience
• Exceptional engineering horsepower and execution ability
• Highly proficient with parallel agentic coding workflows and AI-assisted development
• Strong systems design and software architecture fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic systems and AI-native workflows
• Build infrastructure for orchestration, automation, and AI research agents
• Improve performance and reliability of backend services
• Architect scalable data pipelines powered by AI systems
• Develop user-facing features on core data and marketplace platform
• Collaborate with product and leadership on technical strategy
