Letter AI Co is seeking a Full Stack Engineer in San Francisco to join our engineering-focused team on a hybrid, full-time basis. You will own critical features built with Python, React, and TypeScript, shaping the platform alongside a hands-on, collaborative crew.

You will work across modalities, implement AI-powered capabilities, and partner with backend engineers to drive scalable architecture while keeping the user experience at the forefront. Equity stake reflects early-stage opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven experience working with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Python web development, API integration
• Familiarity with database fundamentals and infrastructure management using Terraform and AWS
• Knowledge of automated UI testing frameworks
• Past experience or strong interest in generative AI
• Highly collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance, responsive customer features in Python, React, Redux, and Typescript
• Implement LLM-powered features across multiple modalities: text, image, video, audio
• Collaborate closely with the backend team to ensure smooth integration and contribute to architectural decisions
• Understand customers needs and use that knowledge to improve the user experience.
