You’ll coach senior engineers, influence architecture, and collaborate with product and data to deliver high-impact improvements. Remote-friendly across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• You’ve shipped production systems and have strong opinions; you can start moving on ambiguous problems.
• You’ve changed how teams build with AI and can lead with either systems or product focus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a domain or platform area and define its direction.
• Build scalable platform or tooling adopted by multiple teams.
• Make architecture calls across teams and drive AI-enabled patterns.
