Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and strategy for the Resident Concierge subsegment.
• Design and implement distributed systems to handle 10x traffic growth.
• Coach engineers and foster autonomous, high-trust teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and ML leaders to align AI with customer value.
• Own full lifecycle of solutions from discovery to production.
• Research and apply new technologies to improve quality and delivery.
• Enforce best practices: TDD, code reviews, CI to ship reliably.
