You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product leadership, and deliver scalable .NET-based solutions using PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS while maintaining HIPAA and GDPR compliance. The role emphasizes hands-on coding with AI tooling in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building production software in C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, EF).
• Experience owning architecture across multiple teams.
• Production in HIPAA/GDPR environments.
• One production feature built on large language models.
• Daily use of coding agents in engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-team architecture and delivery across multiple services.
• Define AI-enabled workflows and verification practices.
• Guide organizational scaling and mentor senior engineers.
• Lead code reviews and manage technical risk.
• Partner with product leadership to align systems with business goals.
• Drive CI/CD improvements and production readiness.
