Job summary

Adoreal Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own architecture across multiple teams, lead AI-driven initiatives, and build a HIPAA-compliant platform for aesthetic medicine. You will guide a large .NET estate, drive quality patterns, and mentor engineers across time zones.

Ideal candidates have extensive C#/.NET production experience, production features on large language models, and a track record of shipping complex systems across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building production software in C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.
• Experience owning architecture across multiple teams.
• Production features built on large language models.
• Systems built or operated under HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 or comparable regulation.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-team architecture initiatives from problem to production.
• Design quality architecture: gate standards, observability baselines, safe-migration patterns.
• Define how engineers use AI across the organization and ensure it meets review standards.
• Ship AI into the product for clinical documentation and patient communications.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence hiring standards.
• Lead the hardest code reviews and teach through them.
• Partner with product leadership to align systems with business goals.
• Daily use of coding agents in engineering work.
