Job summary

Adoreal is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own end-to-end architecture for a HIPAA/GDPR compliant platform. The role emphasizes leading cross-team initiatives, AI-enabled workflows, and delivering production-grade features in a fully remote environment.

You will mentor engineers, partner with product leadership, and drive architectural decisions across multiple teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building production software in C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.

Responsibilities

• Architecture across teams and own cross-team initiatives to production.
• Own architecture across teams and identify simplifications to reduce defects and friction.
• Design quality architecture: gate standards, observability baselines, safe-migration patterns.
• Define how engineers use AI across the organization and ensure AI-drafted work meets review standards.
• Ship AI features into the product with HIPAA and GDPR compliance.
