Job summary

Adoreal Inc. is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own architecture across teams and drive AI-enabled features in a HIPAA/GDPR-compliant platform for aesthetics clinics.

You will lead integration across .NET, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS, and mentor senior engineers while partnering with product leadership to shape the platform’s direction. This remote-first role requires 10+ years of production software experience, strong communication across time zones, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years building production software in C# and .NET, with ownership across multiple teams.
• PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and AWS in production environments.
• Angular is a strong plus; HIPAA/GDPR, SOC 2 or comparable regulation experience.
• Written and spoken communication that works across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-team initiatives from problem to production, including areas nobody else claims.
• Own architecture across teams and simplify to reduce defects and effort.
• Design the quality architecture across teams with observability and safe-migration patterns.
• Define how engineers use AI across the organization and ensure review discipline.
• Ship AI into the product for clinical documentation and patient communications.
• Mentor senior engineers, shape hiring, and partner with product leadership to align systems with business goals.
