Job summary

You will engage with developers inside and outside Anthropic to gather insights and improve user experience, and collaborate with researchers to enhance model capabilities through shared tools and evals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Experience building dev tools and AI-powered development workflows.
• Expertise in React, performance optimization and modern patterns.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features and infrastructure for AI-powered development tools.
