Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and strong technical foundation.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with React, performance optimization and modern patterns.
• Hands-on with large language models, prompts, and AI tooling.
• Experience building and maintaining developer tools in teams.
• Ability to work across front and back end and collaborate with researchers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable features and infrastructure for AI-powered development tools.
• Engage with developers to gather insights and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with researchers to enhance model capabilities through tools and evals.
• Experiment with new tools and techniques to stay ahead in AI-assisted coding.
• Contribute across the stack to develop features, fix bugs, and optimize performance.
• Work with Python notebooks, VS Code plugins, and containerized environments.
