Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT.
• 7–10 years of full‑stack development focusing on backend systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go and API design.
• Strong RESTful API knowledge, database design and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and hyperscalers (AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React for frontend work.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self‑starting with a bias toward action and scope minimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs for our document analysis platform.
• Write maintainable, high‑performance server‑side code and data pipelines.
• Define clear API contracts and contribute to service architecture decisions.
• Develop compositional API primitives for rapid productionization of insights.
• Build integrations with third‑party services and internal ML systems.

• Optimize performance for data‑intensive backend operations.
