Job summary

Eragon is an Applied AI lab building an AI platform that powers self-improving agents for business enterprise. As a Member of Technical Staff, you’ll work across the Eragon product—from agent execution and tool use to the interfaces and infrastructure that keep the system dependable.

You’ll tackle ambiguous, high-impact problems, shipping reliable software while shaping engineering practices that support fast iteration without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping production software.
• Experience with AI/agent systems.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work through ambiguity.
• Ability to make pragmatic tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate product and platform features across the agent lifecycle.
• Improve how agents use context, models, tools, and connected systems.
• Build for reliability, observability, security, and user control.
• Collaborate with design and customer-facing teammates to ship useful solutions.
• Help establish engineering practices that support fast iteration with quality.
