Temporal is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to own the strategy and architecture of the Agent Platform, enabling scalable, governed agent workflows and reliable developer tooling across the Builder Platform Team. • Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of leading design, delivery, and operation of production-grade internal platforms or developer tooling.
• Experience using modern agentic coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code, including driving adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, architecture, and operation of the Agent Platform for deploying, running, evaluating, governing, and improving agents and agentic workflows.
• Architect the AI Infrastructure for agents, including LLM and MCP gateways with guardrails and model rollout policies.
• Design, build, and operate agents and workflows that move work from issue to production and scale across teams.
