Eragon is an Applied AI lab building an AI platform that powers self-improving agents for business enterprise. As a Product Manager, you’ll shape our product direction by turning customer needs, technical capabilities, and research insights into tangible products.

You’ll partner with engineering and design to prototype, launch, and improve AI-powered experiences, use feedback and data to guide iteration, and communicate decisions clearly across teams in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a product manager or product builder on AI products, with a strong understanding of how AI changes product design and user workflows.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into focused, testable plans.
• Comfort working closely with engineers and designers on technical products and making tradeoffs.
• A user-centered, iterative approach to discovery, prototyping, and measuring outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, ownership, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.

About the role

As a Product Manager, you’ll shape Eragon’s product direction and turn customer needs, technical capabilities, and research insights into products people can rely on. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teammates to discover problems, make sharp product decisions, and ship improvements across the agent experience. We’re looking for an AI-native product thinker with prior experience building AI products.
