Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) invites experienced sales professionals to join our team in SanJose, CA. This role focuses on driving design‑in activity and achieving revenue growth within assigned customer accounts and territories.

Responsibilities

• Drive all design‑in activity and wins within assigned customer accounts and geographies.
• Consistently exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Indirectly manage manufacturer representatives and channel partners to support MPS products.
• Work closely with product division marketing and engineering personnel to identify market trends and customer‑specific requirements, positioning MPS as a leader at strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of target customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Technical ability to understand MPS’s entire product portfolio and the go‑to‑market strategy for each line.
• Excellent people and analytical skills to manage sales personnel (including manufacturer representatives and channel partners) and grow design wins, revenue, and customer relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain management‑level and engineering relationships with strategic customers.
• Capability to interface with MPS executive staff and product divisions to explain and defend business strategies, revenue targets, and customer situations.
• Good presentation skills for all levels of personnel, including customers and MPS internal divisions/executives.
• Self‑motivated to work as an individual sales contributor in a field or home‑office environment.
• Technical degree (minimum bachelor’s) preferably in an engineering discipline, or proven track record in selling electronic components.
• Experience as a field applications or design engineer willing to transition to sales and eager to succeed is considered.
