Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, Strategy & Operations to drive governance, KPI maturity, and executive reporting across Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure. You will partner with security, engineering, and business teams to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

This role requires 7+ years in security, strategic programs, and strong communication.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Operations, Technical Program Management, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting security, infrastructure, or enterprise tech organizations.
Demonstrated expertise developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and business performance reporting.
Experience driving cross-functional programs and organizational initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain operational governance frameworks supporting Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure priorities.
Define, document, and enforce operational standards, reporting processes, and organizational best practices.
Develop and maintain SOPs, operational playbooks, and governance documentation.
Own KPI governance standards and ensure alignment of metrics across organizations.
Support security program maturity through policy alignment and continuous process improvement.
Lead and coordinate executive business reviews, MORs, and QBRs.
