Job summary
CVS Health seeks a Staff Security Engineer, Strategy & Operations to drive executive reporting, KPI governance, and operational excellence across Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure. You will partner with security, engineering, and business teams to deliver strategic insights and scalable processes.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in security engineering, operations, or PM roles.
- Proven ability to develop executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
- Experience driving cross-functional programs in complex environments.
- Strong communication and analytical skills for leadership audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own governance frameworks for Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure.
- Define and enforce reporting standards and SOPs across teams.
- Lead development of executive dashboards and MOR/QBR reporting.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, engineering, and business leaders.
- Drive operational excellence and data-driven decision making across programs.
