CVS Health is seeking a Staff Security Engineer in Strategy & Operations to drive executive reporting, governance, and strategic initiatives across Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure. The role blends security expertise with operational excellence and data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will own dashboards, scorecards, MORs/QBRs, and governance processes, partnering with security, engineering, and business teams to enable scalable transformation and trusted leadership

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Security Engineering, Security Operations, or related disciplines.
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and reporting.
Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive cross-functional programs.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience facilitating operational reviews, planning activities, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and enforce governance frameworks for Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure.
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, PM, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
Own executive dashboards, MORs, QBRs, and leadership reporting frameworks.
Define KPIs and scorecards to measure organizational health and risk.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
Partner with data, engineering, and security teams to automate reporting.
Deliver insights and recommendations for leadership decisions.
