Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, Strategy & Operations in New York to drive operational excellence across Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure. You will own executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and governance, partnering with security, engineering, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights and scalable processes.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of cross-functional influence and strategic initiative

Qualifications

Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and business performance reporting.
Experience driving cross-functional programs and initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business operations skills.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and present to executive leadership.
Experience facilitating operational reviews, strategic planning activities, and governance processes.
Ability to synthesize technical and business information into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Own the governance, reporting processes, and SOPs for Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure.
Develop KPI standards and ensure alignment across organizations.
Lead executive reviews, operational reviews, and leadership discussions.
Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Program Management, and business teams to drive initiatives.
Create and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, MORs, and QBRs.
Drive automation of reporting and provide data-driven insights for leadership.
Develop onboarding resources and training materials to improve effectiveness.
