Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Staff Security Engineer, Strategy & Operations to drive governance, metrics, and executive reporting across Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure. You will partner with security, engineering, and business teams to enable data-driven decisions and scalable processes.

You will own dashboards, scorecards, MORs/QBRs and lead strategic initiatives, influencing senior leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

7+ years in Security Engineering, Security Operations, TPM, or Strategy & Operations.
Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and scorecards.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

Own KPI strategy, executive dashboards, and MORs/QBRs for Health100 and PCW Security & Infrastructure.
Develop governance, SOPs, and reporting processes across teams.
Collaborate with security, infra, program management, and leadership to drive initiatives.
Lead executive reviews, risk discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
Create scalable processes to improve visibility and operational maturity.
