Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to lead end-to-end risk lifecycle across our cloud and SaaS ecosystem within the GRC function.

You’ll translate findings from assessments into actionable risks, drive root-cause treatment, and ensure risk visibility and control mapping across the business. You will work with architects, security, IT, and product teams, applying AI tools to accelerate risk drafting and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in security risk management, GRC, or cybersecurity.
• Experience aggregating related issues into broader risks and measuring residual risk.
• Hands-on with cloud environments and security controls.
• Ability to work with architects, engineering, IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Risk Lifecycle Management: assess, score, track treatment, and close risks.
• Map findings to risks and root causes, manage exceptions and escalations.
• Link risks to controls and frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF/800-53).
• Perform technical risk assessments across cloud/SaaS with actionable statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain current risk entries.
• Maintain data quality in the risk register and monitor ownership.
• Leverage AI tooling to draft risk statements, summarize evidence, and model scenarios.
