Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant development experience.
• Advanced certifications or leadership development in engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Leads high-impact development initiatives across multiple systems or domains.
• Designs future-state application capabilities and contributes to platform evolution within assigned domains.
• Defines development standards, frameworks, and best practices for secure application development.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and architects to shape application and platform direction.
