Job summary

TechWish is seeking a staff-level developer to lead major technical initiatives and drive the direction of security applications and capabilities. The role shapes system architecture, collaborates with architects, and mentors teams to deliver scalable platforms.

You will define standards and best practices for secure development, influence product decisions, and ensure long-term sustainability across multiple domains. Strong leadership and 8–10 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8–10 years of relevant development experience.
• Advanced certifications or leadership development in engineering disciplines.

Required:
