Grow Therapy is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to lead their Security Engineering function. This role is integral in shaping and executing a multi-year roadmap to enhance security protocols across teams.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in multiple security domains, hands-on engineering skills, and experience in building organizational security programs. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work, supporting the company's commitment to a diverse and equitable workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience across Product Security, Cloud Security, Data Security, Access Governance, and Detection & Response.
• Comfortable writing code and contributing to security infrastructure.
• Experience designing and shipping organizational-wide security processes.
• Ability to present security strategies to non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in ambiguous situations, prioritizes effectively, and executes strategically.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the Security Engineering vision and roadmap.
• Lead AI-native Security initiatives and influence safe AI tooling.
• Design and implement foundational security services.
• Drive data security compliance and visibility across the organization.
• Partner with engineering teams to promote secure practices.
