Job summary

TechWish seeks a staff-level developer to lead major technical initiatives, shaping security applications and platform evolution across domains. You will drive technical direction and ensure scalable, reliable systems.

You will mentor engineers, define standards, and influence cross-functional decisions, partnering with architects and product teams to advance secure development practices, SailPoint Identity IQ, and Identity Security Cloud integration.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant development experience.
• Experience leading large-scale or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and influence across teams.
• Advanced expertise in system architecture, coding, and design.
• Secure development including SailPoint Identity IQ and Identity Security Cloud.

Responsibilities
