Job summary

the company Security Team is hiring a senior software engineer focused on security. You will scale security in the SDLC through automation, libraries, tools and frameworks, writing code across stacks and collaborating with engineering teams on the Command platform.

You will lead initiatives to eliminate vulnerabilities, build experiments, drive adoption of tools, and demonstrate impact across the organization. Onsite five days per week, with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Masters or PhD in security is a bonus.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience focused on security.
• Interest in security weaknesses, attacks and mitigations.
• Experience leveraging AI in builds.
• Excellent collaboration and communication; onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Write code daily within security-focused SDLC initiatives.
• Lead initiatives to eliminate classes of vulnerabilities across the company.
• Build tools to help engineers implement secure practices.
• Leverage AI to automate security engineering workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to define security goals and processes.
• Share security knowledge via talks, blogs, and open source.
