Job summary

Multi Media, LLC seeks a Staff Security Engineer to mature security across the organization, focusing on threat intelligence, customer security, detection and response, and AI-driven security solutions. You will shape AI-enabled security analyses and work with engineering and cross-functional teams.

You’ll drive security initiatives across product, cloud, and incident response with leadership and mentorship to the team, contributing to scalable security tooling and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience including engineering duties.
• Strong information security incident handling and threat assessments.
• Experience with log analysis and forensics across environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience with public clouds (GCP, AWS).
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS, NIST-CSF, ISO-27001.

Responsibilities

• Identify security issues and design controls, tools, and services to improve security systems and processes.
• Collaborate on product security assessments during design with threat modeling and architecture analysis.
• Leverage threat intelligence to inform detections and response strategies.
• Research threats and vulnerabilities and advise security programs.
• Protect applications by tuning WAF/DDoS/DNS/anti-bot controls.
• Develop security standards and playbooks.
• Lead incident response simulations and tabletop exercises.
• Mentor other security engineers and expand platform capabilities.
