Aledade PBC is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain security services at scale. You will work cross-functionally to protect patient data and support healthcare platforms, using DSPM and cloud-native practices.

You will mentor engineers, drive security controls, and shape data governance in a remote-friendly, collaborative environment oriented toward value-based care.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in software or security engineering in cloud-native environments.
• Foundational HIPAA knowledge and privacy concepts.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms and DSPM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of security strategies and solutions.
• Design and deploy advanced security controls for the business.
• Collaborate across disciplines to shape security services strategy.
• Set and uphold security process standards for high-quality engineering.
