Aledade is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable security services across our data‑driven platform. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to protect patient data and enable secure, compliant product delivery.

The role emphasizes data security, DSPM integration, cloud‑native architectures, and mentorship of engineers to raise security outcomes company‑wide across health‑tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/BTech in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years in software or security engineering in Cloud Native environments.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and DSPM, data discovery/classification, automation scripting.
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of security strategies and solutions.
• Design and deploy advanced security controls to protect the business.
• Collaborate across disciplines to shape security services strategy and execution.
• Set and uphold security processes to support high-quality engineering.
• Mentor and galvanize new engineers to do their best work.
