Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to be the technical backbone of our Security Engineering function. You will shape a multi-year roadmap and work across Product, Platform, Cloud, Compliance, Clinical, and more to embed security by default into everything we build.

You’ll lead AI-native security efforts, build secure infrastructure, and drive data security tagging, visibility, and accountability across the company. This role offers hybrid work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Deep, multi-domain security expertise spanning product, cloud, and data security.
• Hands-on engineering experience writing code and building security infra.
• Proven experience designing and operating security programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year Security Engineering roadmap with stakeholder alignment.
• Lead AI-native security initiatives and secure-by-default infrastructure.
• Build foundational services: authentication, authorization, audit logging, and egress control.
• Own data security at scale with data tagging and policy compliance.
• Create security visibility with real-time risk dashboards and metrics.
