Grow Therapy in the United States is seeking a Senior Cloud Security leader to design and strengthen security for our rapidly growing platform. You’ll work with infrastructure, engineering, and compliance to deliver secure products for providers, patients, and payors, and you’ll shape how AI is used to enhance security.

This role blends hands-on security architecture and strategic design, with on-call rotations and a hybrid/remote work option.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the Cloud Security domain.
• Deep AWS security experience: IAM, CloudTrail, Config, and related tooling.
• Strong Kubernetes security knowledge and secure deployments.
• Infrastructure as code mindset and full problem lifecycle thinking.
• Ability to influence security design decisions and collaborate with teams.
• Experience building production-grade AI-powered security agents or tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the security foundation for Grow’s infrastructure at scale.
• Research threats and translate into real security solutions.
• Improve cloud security posture with infra, engineering, and compliance.
• Respond to security incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
• Establish defense in depth with secure-by-default architecture.
• Define and track KPIs showing security program effectiveness.
• Develop and deploy AI agents to strengthen threat detection and incident response.
