Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Security Compliance Engineer to build automated evidence collection pipelines, implement continuous control monitoring, and drive compliance automation across cloud platforms. You will lead engagements with auditors for certifications such as ISMAP, IRAP, and C5, while shaping the future of our compliance engineering program.

You will work as an IC tech lead, hands-on, partnering with stakeholders to ensure controls are implemented and remediated efficiently,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA) are preferred.
7+ years of experience in software security/compliance roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and own automated evidence collection pipelines across cloud, identity, source control, ticketing, and security tooling.
Design and implement continuous control monitoring with real-time compliance measurement.
Automate evidence collection and document controls to simplify audits.
Lead technical engagements with external auditors for international certifications and regulations (ISMAP, IRAP, C5, etc.).
Define and evolve the compliance automation strategy and tooling roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to remediate findings and improve security controls.
