Job summary

Intuit's GRC organization seeks a Senior Technical Compliance Manager to bridge compliance and engineering. You will translate SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and control testing requirements into concrete automation tasks, and partner with engineers to ship AI-enabled compliance tooling.

You will own end-to-end delivery of prioritized GRC AI initiatives, validate AI-generated artifacts, define evidence requirements, and drive cross-functional delivery across GRC, engineering, and internal audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IS, accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical compliance, IT audit, SOC 1/2, or GRC roles.
• Translate compliance/audit requirements into engineering specifications.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate compliance and audit requirements (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, access reviews) into engineering-ready specs and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineers building GRC automation and AI pipelines, reviewing designs and validating outputs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized GRC AI initiatives: evidence pipelines, automated testing, workpapers, dashboards.
• Serve as the compliance SME in design discussions, reflecting true control intent in automation.
• Validate AI-generated artifacts for accuracy, defensibility, and auditor-readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual GRC processes; scope and drive to production.
• Define metrics for pipeline health and evidence coverage; report progress to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of internal controls, evidence sources, and prior workpapers.
