Job summary

Zencoder.ai is seeking a hands-on Senior or Staff Security Engineer to own and elevate security across our rapidly evolving AI-powered platform. • Ability to build tooling and automation for security work.

Responsibilities

• Set security priorities and drive fixes through to verified completion.
• Find application vulnerabilities through code review, penetration testing and red-team exercises.
• Work with ITOps, platform and product engineers to harden infrastructure and build security into delivery pipelines.
• Build detection for user and agent activity, and lead incident response.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure delivery pipelines and automated controls.
