Staff Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for nursing and support staff
• Ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet resident care needs
• Managing call-outs and coordinating shift coverage
• Communicating scheduling updates and changes to staff and leadership
• Collaborating with department heads to support staffing compliance and efficiency

Staff Scheduler Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Scheduler in a healthcare or nursing home setting is required
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Knowledge of scheduling software is a plus
