Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of the global food retailer, seeks a Staff Software Engineer for Inventory & Receiving Solutions to design, configure, and integrate SAP S/4 IS-Retail processes across store networks. You will own technical design and troubleshooting to ensure accurate stock, purchasing accuracy, and reliable receiving.

The role requires 7–10 years of software engineering experience with SAP implementations, SAP Integration Suite, EDI, and store handheld integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7–10 years of software engineering experience with senior scope.
• 3 full SAP implementations involving inventory/purchasing/receiving.
• Experience designing SAP integrations and middleware.
• Familiarity with RELEX/F&R and store handheld device integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure SAP S/4 IS-Retail inventory, purchasing, and receiving.
• Develop integrations between store systems and SAP using SAP Integration Suite or equivalent.
• Configure purchasing processes and DC/DSD receiving workflows.
• Troubleshoot cross-system data issues and ensure data integrity.
• Document designs, configurations, and runbooks; support system implementations.
